“New, clean and bit odd. It’s basically an extension of the Sanford Hospital complex. Plan to eat off property. GREAT value, super safe and within 5 mins of downtown. I’d stay again.”

“Clean property with a great location in Sioux Falls. Would highly recommend.”

“Upon check in the counter attendant , I am not sure i heard an english word from him, in fact he had an earbud in and was talking thru my entire check in process to someone on the phone thru his earbud. It was very off putting as i was trying to figure out if he was talking to me or someone else. “ not in english” Was not a very personable experience whatsoever. I left my room access key in my room instead to spare myself the awkward communication or lack there of at the counter.”

“Toby was extremely helpful. If I owned a business in Sioux Falls, I would contact him to come work for me. Excellent customer service skills.”

“The I only good thing about the whole trip was the 1 and I only housekeeper lady they had we had to wait for over an hour to get our room. Because they fired all there staff there ice maker was broken so no ice the pool was shut down because it had bacteria in it. And breakfast consist of a bagel and juice because they have no staff to do anything”
